This looks fo be a good one. My brother has organic brain injury that’s caused him to has schizophrenia like symptoms except that he’s very social.
I have seen in the 30 years since his injury everyone from cops to the courts treat him as a person first and as having a severe, persistent mental illness second. We have a long way to go, but change is occurring.

I am curious what country you live in osmium. I am glad you see improvement but living in the USA, I do not.
People are more careful about language than they once were, but talk is cheap. In terms of what a person stuck in the system has to endure, I have seen things grow worse.
