I know how you feel, Hetaira. I used to have someone who would angrily complain and call me names because my uploads weren’t in their preferred bitrate.

We do a lot of gaming at my house. My little brother lives on the floor above me, and he throttled our upload speeds super low, so that we can play a few MMOs on the account at the same time while still keeping utorrent open. It’s not ideal, but at least I can keep uploading 24/7 most of the time. :)
We also rent our 3rd floor apartment, and let them use our wireless, so that’s three separate households sharing one line. We have a business line, but it still sucks compared to some places.
